Training is a Big Job

Every new employee begins with an essential orientation. We guide them through each property before the snow arrives, identifying key features and obstacles that can be hidden beneath the snow. We treat each property as if it were our own to avoid damage.

Our team is also trained on how to properly use all equipment, from trucks and tractors to walk-behind snowblowers for more detailed work. Pilons are used in training to mimic driveways in the training. Our customers only see us clearing their driveways for a few minutes. However, taking in a big job for our managers.

Safety is key when it comes to snow removal. When cars are parked in the driveway, we make sure to shovel around them safely. Staff are trained to manually shovel walkways with care and add just the right amount of salt to balance safety with customer preferences.
