As a Landscape Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that maintain and enhance outdoor spaces.

Participate in the execution of all work orders with other crew members
Report directly to the crew leader
Operate all landscaping equipment and vehicles in a safe manner
Interact with clients in a professional and positive manner at all times
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Perform all other duties as assigned

As a Landscape Lead, you’ll take charge of overseeing projects and guiding your crew to ensure every job is completed with precision and excellence.

Manage a crew of 2-3 employees
Participate in the execution of all work orders with crew members
Provide consistent updates to management using communication processes
Actively educate crew members in proper landscaping practices
Properly document expenses for all jobs
Maintain assigned equipment and report deficiencies to the Manager
Operate all equipment and vehicles in a safe manner
Interact with clients and vendors with a professional and positive demeanour
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Perform all other duties as assigned

As a Lawn Mower / Turf Care Expert, you’ll play a key role in keeping lawns healthy, green, and aesthetically pleasing.

Perform mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing tasks
Operate electric mowing equipment to reduce noise and air pollution
Ensure lawns are healthy, green, and well-manicured
Maintain equipment and ensure proper usage
Provide turf care expertise to maintain property aesthetics

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will ensure the health and protection of landscapes by safely applying lawn care products to maintain vibrant outdoor spaces.

Apply environmentally friendly products safely and effectively to protect landscapes
Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards
Identify pest issues and apply appropriate treatments
Maintain accurate records of pesticide usage
Ensure the health and well-being of plants and surrounding ecosystems

As a Snow Removal Labourer, you will be responsible for clearing outdoor areas during winter months to ensure the safety and accessibility of our clients’ properties.

Shovel, salt, and clear driveways, sidewalks, and outdoor areas
Work as part of a team to maintain safe and clear pathways during winter months
Operate snow removal equipment in a safe manner
Interact with clients professionally at all times
Ensure work is completed to a high standard
Perform all other duties as assigned

As a Snow Removal Tractor Operator, you’ll be in charge of using heavy equipment to clear large areas of snow efficiently and safely.

Operate tractors and other heavy equipment to clear large areas of snow
Safely plow driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas
Maintain and inspect equipment before and after use
Communicate with the crew to ensure efficient snow removal
Ensure all snow removal tasks are completed to client satisfaction

As the Snow Removal Crew Lead, you will manage a team to ensure efficient and high-quality snow removal services throughout the winter season.

Manage a crew of 2-3 employees
Participate in the execution of clearing snow from provided snow routes
Provide consistent updates to management using communication processes
Actively educate crew members in proper snow removal practices
Properly submit reports and receipts at the end of each shift
Maintain assigned equipment and report deficiencies to the manager
Operate all equipment and vehicles in a safe manner
Interact with clients in a professional and positive demeanour at all times
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Perform all other duties as assigned
